At M2TCI, our journey began with a chance meeting between Dr. Marson Griffith and Mr. Ashraf (Sal) Megahed at the U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) in Stuttgart, Germany. This serendipitous encounter brought together two individuals with a wealth of experience and leadership skills, setting the stage for the creation of our dynamic consulting firm. With an impressive 28 years of service in the Marine Corps, Dr. Griffith brought extensive knowledge in military operations, strategic planning, and program management. Mr. Megahed, on the other hand, had held 30 years in numerous leadership positions in the civilian sectors, honing his expertise in information technology, engineering, U.S. Department of War (DoW) modernization, and business management.

Recognizing the power of their combined skills and the potential for collaboration, Marson and Ashraf decided to pool their strengths and establish M2 Technology and Consultancy International (M2TCI).
